Ideal Installation Sequence
For clean, dry, technically oil-free air, install the filters in stages around your refrigerated dryer. Each stage lifts the air to a higher ISO 8573-1 quality class.
Recommended for dry air without oil (G + C) and dry air without oil & hydrocarbon odours (add V). Air quality classes per ISO 8573-1: G Series 1.4.1 · C Series < 1.4.1.

An automatic condensate drain removes accumulated condensate from your air receiver, filters and pipework without manual intervention, using electronic sensors to discharge only condensate and not waste any compressed air. This reduces the risk of destructive wear and removes the need for manual timer-based draining.
Oil-lubricated compressors produce condensate that is an oil-water emulsion. Discharging this directly into drains or sewage is both an environmental hazard and, in most areas, not legally permitted. An oil-water separator such as the CPP 15-3125 separates the oil from the water so only clean water is discharged, while the oil is safely collected for disposal.
